Such software of procurement  process has received several national awards and the Government of India has  also appreciated this process. Computerization process of paddy procurement is as under:: •  Society Software •  Runners Module •  Online Millers Module •  Online Food Controller Module •  Online D.M.O. Module •  Online C.M.R. module of NAN/ F.C.I •  Online Storage centre module •  Online Markfed Head Office module •  Online Billing module of C.M.R. & Paddy (FCI & NAN) District offices are located at almost all the district headquarters. These offices  undertake bulk of business and are well equipped with infrastructure and are  manned with experienced staff. • Society Software Paddy procurement in 1977 procurement centres of 27 districts in the state is done through society software. Figures of paddy procured under Price Support Scheme  are entered and accordingly the computerized cheques towards the value are  issued on the spot. • Runners Module Figures of paddy procured in societies are obtained by the runners in pen drive and  they are being uploaded in the selected society by runners through on line runners  module. Details regarding issue of D.O. by D.M.O to the selected society is being  down loaded under runners module and then uploaded in society software. Inter  change of the figures of paddy procured and disposed are done through runners  module.  • Online Millers Module Applications for registration of Raw/Boiled Mills are being submitted by the Millers  of the state through One Line Millers Module. All information towards mill  registration, permission and agreement executed by millers can be obtained by  millers through this module.  • Online Food Controller Module Approval/rejection of the applications for registration submitted by millers is done  by the Food Controllers. Approval for issue of paddy item wise (raw/boiled) to the  registered millers is given by the Collector on line through Food Controller module.  • Online D.M.O. Module After approval by the Collector, agreement towards the quantity given by District  Marketing Office is done through D.M.O. Module. Delivery Order towards the  comparative quantity against F.D.R./Bank Guarantee/C.M.R. is issued by District  Marketing Office. Delivery of paddy is done from Societies according to the  Delivery Order.  • Online C.M.R. module of NAN/ F.C.I Millers deposits 67% Raw Rice and 68% Boiled Rice (C.M.R) against the quantity of  agreement in the storage centres of State Civil Supplies Corporation (NAN)/F.C.I.  through D.M.O. Module. D.M.O. issues Delivery Order against the rice deposited.  • Online Storage centre module Entry of figures towards issue of paddy by the procurement centres to the storage  centres is done under on line storage centre module. Entry of figures towards issue of paddy from storage centres against D.O. is made in this module. Entry towards  receipt of gunnies from D.M.O. and rake point as well as issue of gunnies to the  societies is done in this software. • Online Markfed Head Office module Inspection of all the figures under the above modules is conducted by the officers  of Markfed according to different reports.After confirming the billing of the rice  deposited in NAN/F.C.I. storage centres, D.M.O. issues the computerized bill to  Markfed Head Office on line. On confirmation of the figures received, Markfed Head  Office issues the on line bill of NAN/F.C.I. • Online Billing module of C.M.R. & Paddy (FCI & NAN) The amount payable on confirmation of the figures of bill issued by Markfed Head Office, NAN/F.C.I. issues payment to Markfed.
