This Application software developed and implemented by Markfed own  Programmers.   Computerization process of paddy procurement is as under:: •  Online Markfed HQ Module  •  Online Dmo Module •  Online Dmo (A/C) Module •  Online CCB (A/C) Module •  Online Storage centre Module •  Online Report’s Module •  Society Module (Desktop Application) District offices are located at almost all the district headquarters. These offices  undertake bulk of business and are well equipped with infrastructure and are  manned with experienced staff. • Society Software Fertilizer distribution in 1333 procurement centres of 27 districts in the state is  done through society. Fertilizer easly availble for farmers at remote location in  whole state through double lock center’s. • Online Markfed HQ Module  Supply order /purchase order /Regularisation Order / Purchase order (against  advance purchase) issued to Fertilizer companies through Markfed HQ Module.   • Online Dmo Module Allotemnt of fertilizer to Fertilizer storage center (Double lock center’s) is done by  the District Marketing Office’r’s. These information are maintained in this module.  • Online D.M.O. (A/C) Module After approval by the Storage center in charge, Fertilizer quantity received in  fertilizer storage center (Double lock center) which are delivered by Fertilizer  Companies done through D.M.O.(A/C) Module. Acknowledgement of fertilizer  issued quantity to co-operative societies / Marketing societies /other department  against Release Order / Demand Draft (DD) or Post Dated Check (PDC) which were  issued by co-operative societies. Delivery of Fertilizer is done from Societies  according to the Release Order. • Online CCB (A/C) Module After the approval of DMO’s, C.C.B. make a  Payment of Fertilizer which are issued  by Fertilizer storage center’s to societies against Release Order / Demand Draft  (DD) or Post Dated Check (PDC) done through C.C.B. (A/C) Module.   • Online Storage centre module Entry towards receipt of Fertilizer from railways rakes point as well as issue and  received of Fertilizer to the inter district and inter storage center is done in this  software. Entry of figures towards fertilizer issued to societies against  RO/(DD/Check) by the fertilizer storage centers is done under on line storage  center module. Entry of figures towards issue of Fertilizer to Other Department  from storage centers against request letter of the department is made in this  module.  • Online Reporting module Various types of reports are available in reporting module .
